Bruschetta

Multigrain Bread 
Fresh Tomatoes (cut into small bite-size cubes)
Olive oil (quantity at your own preference)
Reduce fat cheese slice

1. Season the tomatoes with olive oil
2. Sprinkle the cut tomatoes onto the bread & top with the cheese slice 
3. Heat in oven at 200 degrees for 5 min until cheese melted. (for convenience, I used toaster oven & grilled it for about 1-2 min)
