Buttercream Icing:
100gm shortening
100gm butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 cups sifted icing sugar (approx)
2 tablespoons milk
Beat all the ingredients till mixture is light and fluffy.
And just to let you know, the frosting doesn't really hold for long.
