Crumble Express

For 4 

2 apples & 2 pears 
6 butter biscuits (in French we call them petite beurre) crushed 
Nutella 
1 packet vanilla powder (optional) 

- Peel & dice the apples & pears. Add the packet of vanilla powder. If you're using just apples, you can substitute with a dash of cinnamon powder. Then add 2 Tbsp of water & cook over medium fire until the fruits are soft. Mash with fork. 

- Divide the fruit compote into 4 containers. Next add Nutella. I use 1 Tbsp for each portion. 

- Then top off with the crushed biscuits. 

- Set oven to grill. Leave them in there for NOT more than 1 min else they will turn black very quickly.
