Fried Nian Gao

Cut your naian gao to bite size pieces.
Use two large eggs and two to three table spoonful of plain flour.
Beat the eggs and then add in the flour till well blended. You may add some milk if you fine the batter too thick.
Dip your pieces of nian gao into the batter and then place them onto a pan after heating the pan with some oil.
Fry till the batter is cooked and the nian gao is soften.
Cool before eating. Enjoy!
