Korean Tang Hoon

Ingredients: 
1) Beef -sliced thinly 
2) Sliced shitake & chinese dried mushrooms 
3) Sliced carrots 
4) Sliced spinach 
5) Sliced onion 
6) Soy Sauce 
7) Sesame oil and seeds 

Method: 
1. Boil tang hoon for 10-15 min. Run through with tap water and leave it in colander 
2. Fry the sliced beef and veg with some oil 
3. When ready to eat, mix the tang hoon and cooked ingredients well with some Korean soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds (the amount is to your own taste). Voila, ready to eat!
