Chocolate Buttercream

100g Butter 
100g Shortening 
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence 
4 Cups Sifted Icing Sugar 
2 Tbsp Milk 
3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder dissolved in 3-4 Tbsp Water 

Beat all till light & fluffy.
