Coleslaw Recipe

Beijing Cabbage (sliced thinly) 
Carrot (grate) 
Handful of dried cranberries (sliced) 
1 small onion (diced small pcs) 

Dressing: 
Kraft mayonnaise 
Apple Cider Vinegar 
Lemon juice 
Heinz Hot dog relish 
Fine whole grain mustard (optional, if used do add very sparingly. 1 pea size may be adequate.) 
Pinch of sugar Salt and pepper 

Method 
Mixed the dressing in a bowl and taste if you like it 1st, if u like it sweeter add more sugar, like it sour, more lemon juice/vinegar, tangier add relish. 
If you like it taste richer more mayo, when you’re pleased with your ‘own concoction mixed it with cabbage/carrot & onion and chill before serving.
