KUEH BANGKIT

Ingredients:

• 2 pkts of tapioca flour (makes up to 1kg)
• 40cts of pandan leaves
• 3 grinded coconut (to squeeze into 500ml of milk)
• 12 oz icing sugar
• 2 egg yolks

Steps:

1. Wash and dry the pandan leaves. 
2. Cut them into smaller pieces.
3. Fry the flour over fire. Start with medium fire and low fire. 
4. When it is fried until fluffy, use newspaper to cover it overnight.

The next day
5. Boil the coconut milk in a pot. 
6. When almost ready, add a pinch of salt and let it cool.
7. Sift 900gm of flour.
8. Put 2 egg yolks into the mixing bowl.
9. Add 1 tbsp of flour, icing sugar, coconut into the mixing bowl. Continue adding in that sequence and knead until all the ingredients have been used up.
10. Bake for 15mins at 180 degrees.
