Lor mai kai

1 cup glutinous rice - soaked at least 4 hours 
1 piece boneless chicken - diced 
4 piece preserved chinese mushrooms - soaked in water and cut into 4 
some slices of chinese sausages 
3 tablespoons of onion oil 

seasonings: 
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce 
1 tablespoon of sugar 
1 tablespoon of sesame oil 
120 ml of water 

1) Heat the oil in a pan, add mushroom, chinese sausage, chicken and seasonings. Mix well. 
2) When the chicken is cooked, remove it together with all mushrooms and sausages, leaving only the sauce. 
3) Add the glutinous rice and water and try till dry. 
4) Arrange the chicken, mushroom and sausage on a foil container, pile with rice and steam for 25 minutes.
