Nan Xin 1 cup
Bei Xin 1 spoon
Rice ¾ cup
Crystal sugar 80g
Water 4 cups
Tools
Blender (must be powerful enough to blend it into powdery like)
Coconut bag or coffee sieve
1)Wash the Nan Xin, Bei Xin, Rice. Then soak a few hrs or over night in basic of water. Throw away the water.
2)Blend the whole mixture of Nan xin, Bei XIn, Rice with the 4 cups of water in different batches till they are like thick liquid. Sieve the liquid with the Coconut bag or coffee sieve.
3)Boil the apricot tea and crystal sugar in medium fire till sugar is melted. Then you can drink already.
Please note:
I always get my Apricot from the Bee shop (Outlets at Outram, Toa payoh) , they come nicely mix in a packet, if you are worried better get the packet from there. Just add the rice and then follow the rest of the steps.
