Ingredients:
300g Pork ribs or soft bones (blanched)
3 chinese pears (cut into quaters)
6 red dates
5 figs (wu hua guo)
1 tbsp sweet almonds
1/2 tbsp bitter almonds
2 pcs abalone slice
Put everything into the claypot and add 5 bowls of water.
Bring to boil and simmer for 5hrs.
Salt - optional (I don't put any seasoning for my soups)
